- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for worn apparel, undergarments, or customized items.

- Customers must report any issues with their purchase within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- To initiate a return, customers should visit our store with the item and the original receipt as proof of purchase.
- Our team will assess the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement or exchange.

4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers may select an alternative item of equal or lesser value.
